Upon BCC approval on November 7th, 2017 the County applied for a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) water and sewer system project construction loan that offered extremely beneficial interest rates. The County has been awarded a FDEP state revolving fund (SRF) loan to fund the Ponte Vedra Players Club Water Reclamation Facility. The attached resolution approves the terms and conditions of the SRF loan agreement and authorizes the actual execution and delivery of the SRF loan agreement.
