There is no impact on the County general fund. Upon approval of the Annual Plan, the Housing Authority will receive approximately $4,800,000 in CFP funds from HUD for management improvements, administrative costs and housing rehabilitation for the Public Housing Program. Operating funds for the Public Housing Program and administrative fees for the Section 8 Program will be approved through the annual budget process.
