This Agreement made this 13th day of July, 2020, by and between PYRO SHOWS, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation, whose address is 115 N. 1st Street, LaFollette, Tennessee, 37766, and hereinafter referred to as “PYRO SHOWS” and TOWN OF NOLENSVILLE with its principle place of business located at 7218 Nolensville Road, P.O. Box 547, Nolensville, in the State of Tennessee, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
