THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 23rd day of February, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Mesquite, a municipal corporation (“Seller”), and CDJT Holding, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company and/or its assigns (“Buyer”).
