The ten local authorities comprising CCR (“Partner Councils”) entered into a joint working agreement dated March 2017 (“JWA”) which governs the relationship between the Partner Councils and their respective obligations and contributions in relation to delivering the Cardiff Region City Deal (“CRCD”).
