THIS RENEWABLE ENERGY CREDIT AGREEMENT (the “REC Contract”) is entered into as of this ___ day of _______, 20__ (the “Effective Date”), by and between _______________ (“Seller” or “Party A”) and the Illinois Power Agency (“IPA” or “Buyer” or “Party B”). Each of Seller and Buyer is sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties. The term “IPA” as used in this REC Contract includes the IPA’s designee(s), including the ABP Program Administrator and the SFA Program Administrator; however, the term “Buyer” shall only mean the Illinois Power Agency.”
