THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED DELL TIME AWARD AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made by and between Dell Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and (the “Holder”), is effective as of September 27, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).
