AGREEMENT, made this day of , by and between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Department of Transportation, hereinafter called the “DEPARTMENT”, and the Town of Watertown of the Commonwealth, hereinafter called the “TOWN”, pursuant to the provisions of Title 23, Sections 109(d) and 116 of the United States Code and in accordance with the official standards of the DEPARTMENT which have been adopted in conformity with the provisions and recommendations of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways published by the Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, hereinafter called “STANDARDS.”
