THIS INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Skagit County Drainage and Irrigation District Consortium, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Consortium") and Public Utility District No. I of Skagit County, Washington ("PUD") pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter 39.34 RCW, the Interlocal Cooperation Act. The Consortium and the PUD are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
