WHEREAS 1. In-SHUCK-ch Nation has entered into these treaty negotiations under the British Columbia Treaty Commission process representing the collectivity of In-SHUCK-ch Nation People, including the members of the Douglas Indian Band, Samahquam Indian Band and Skatin Nations Indian Band, as described in the Statement of Intent submitted by In-SHUCK-chNation to the British Columbia Treaty Commission;
