This Agreement to Resell Cloud Services (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern and is entered into by and between Insight Direct USA, Inc. (“Insight”) and the client (“Client) identified in the corresponding Cloud Services Order Form referencing this Agreement. Insight and Client are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as “Parties.”
