This Equipment Lease Agreement (Agreement), is between the City of Reno, on behalf of the Reno Fire Department located at 1 E. 1st St, 4th Floor, Reno, NV 89501, hereinafter called "Lessee", and Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, located at 1001 E. 9th St, Building D, 2nd Floor, Reno, NV 89520, hereinafter called "Lessor". This Agreement becomes effective when signed by all parties. This Agreement is entered into under the provisions of NRS 277.180 and all related provisions, including but not limited to 277.180(2)(b) and 277.180(3)(d).
