This Agreement allows Customer to purchase access to the Service and related Professional Services under one or more Orders. Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 20 (Definitions) and others are defined contextually in this Agreement. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of your company, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of your company, and all references to “you” reference your company as Customer.
