This Agreement is a licence to occupy a room in Student Accommodation granted by the College whilst a student is enrolled on a course of study at the College. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as creating the relationship of Landlord and Tenant as between the College and the student, and does not, and is not intended, to create a tenancy of or give a student exclusive possession of their room.
