Church, , New Jersey, which has accepted [his/her] appointment by the Bishop to serve as the Priest-in-Charge with the understanding that [he/she] will serve beginning and will serve for months [years] at hours per week at the discretion of the Diocesan Bishop. At the end of months, all parties will review the agreement to discuss whether to extend, modify or terminate this agreement. . Any changes in the terms and conditions of this agreement must first be approved by the Bishop. The parties agree that the Bishop in [his/her] sole discretion may terminate this agreement at any time, it being understood that the clergy serves at the pleasure of the Bishop in an at-will capacity.
