This Second Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Creating the Central Coast Water Authority (the “Authority”), dated August 31, 1991 and as amended December 12, 2017 (the “Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement”), is made effective August 29, , 2023 by and between the parties on the attached Exhibit A (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). Unless otherwise provided herein, all defined terms used in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement.
