This application is being submitted by [NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION] (the “Organization”) for a grant in the amount of $[GRANT AMOUNT] (the “Grant Amount”) from City of Somerville, Massachusetts (the “City”). If awarded, the Organization will be required to enter into a Grant Agreement, to which this application will be attached as supplemental Federal contract terms to the city’s standard general terms and condition (the “Grant Agreement”). If the supplemental Federal contract terms contained herein conflict with the City’s standard terms, the Federal contract terms shall apply.
