The terms and conditions presented in this document apply between Virginia Kayak Trail, LLC (“VKT”) and those persons registering for and participating in VKT events (“Angler”). “Events” include all “Meet-up” Events (a structured tournament with VKT staff members present for scoring and promotion) and “Online Challenges” (statewide competitions where participants are not required to congregate).
