This Amendment No. 1 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, and Kirksey Architects, Inc. dba Kirksey (hereinafter referred to as “Architect/Engineer” or “A/E,” as defined in Article I, Definitions), located at 6909 Portwest Drive, Houston, Texas 77024, (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend the Professional Architect / Engineer Services Agreement, TFC Contract No. 20-096-000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
