In order to clarify the class displacement language in the 2002-2005 LRCFT agreement, the Los Rios Community College District and the Los Rios College Federation of Teachers agree to the following sections in the LRCFT Contract. Contract language must be used for the initial assignment of full-time classroom faculty. If a voluntary/collaborative resolution cannot be reached and consequently a full-time instructor needs to fulfill their load by displacing another class (bumping) then the following guidelines will apply.
