Employees of the Employer in the Victoria, whether members of the National Union of Workers or not, engaged in any of the occupations and callings specified in clause 4.2, and who are employed by the Employer to perform work which the Employer is required to have done pursuant to the terms of any contract or agreement entered into by the Employer with any other party or parties after the operative date of this agreement.
