Procedures: A 50% deposit is required within 30 business days of receiving this form in order to guarantee and confirm your reservation. The balance is due the day of your event. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to have your deposit refunded. No refunds will be made for failure to show, weather conditions, or over holidays. Any “extenuating” circumstances for cancellation will be evaluated prior to any refund. Return this copy with your payment to the address shown above. Checks should be made out to “Two Mile Run County Park”. Note: Please send a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a receipt.
