("Oracle") describing the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the GradeBeam.com Web Site (“Site"). Please examine this Agreement carefully and understand its contents fully before using the Site. By using the Site, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you represent a company or other entity, you also are warranting that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of that party. This Agreement pertains to any successor company to Oracle, regardless of legal name.
