This Agreement is made by and between Forsyth County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") and DAF Concrete, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") under seal for all work called for in that certain Forsyth County Bid 22-00D-3150 Brannon Road Sidewalk Project No. PEB38. All work to be in accordance with Forsyth County Specifications and Standards, as well as State of Georgia Department of Transportation Specifications.
