This Agreement made and entered into this day of December, 2016, by and between the Board of Commissioners of Vanderburgh County, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the "County") and the Evansville Rescue Mission, Inc., an Indiana non- profit corporation, d/b/a Youth Care Center (hereinafter referred to as the "YCC") (collectively, the YCC and the County shall be referred to as the “Parties,” and individually, as a “Party”).
