This pricing agreement (this "Agreement") is dated September 21, 2020 (the "Effective Date"), and is between Teleflex LLC ("Teleflex"), located at 3015 Carrington Mill Blvd. Morrisville, NC 27560, and City of Orlando ("Customer"), located at 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801, for itself and, if operating a multifacility system, on behalf of each facility listed on Exhibit A attached hereto (collectively, the "Facilities").
