AMENDMENT NO. 1January 12th, 2004
This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, and Cypress Communications Operating Company, Inc., a Corporation with offices at 15 Piedmont Center, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30305, (“Cypress”), and shall be deemed effective on December 19, 2003 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Cypress are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”).
