Having regard to the 35 C/Resolution 20, Part XXII whereby the UNESCO General Conference approved, in 2009, the establishment in the Islamic Republic of Iran of the Regional Centre for the Development of Science Parks and Technology Incubators under the auspices of UNESCO (category 2) and invited the Director-General to conclude the corresponding document between UNESCO and the Government;
