is made effective as of May 24, 2022 (the “First Amendment Effective Date”) between and among INTERSTATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Minnesota corporation (“Interstate”), LOWRY MULTIFAMILY LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Lowry Multifamily”), KENZIE MULTIFAMILY LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Kenzie Multifamily”), LOWRY RETAIL LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Lowry Retail”) and HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic under the laws of Minnesota (the “HRA”). The foregoing are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
