This Wisconsin Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the Sturgeon Bay School District (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and MakeMusic, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on January 18, 2021. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
