THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT, dated as hereinafter set forth, is made by and between Salt Lake City Corporation, a municipal corporation of the State, by and through the Salt Lake City Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the “City” or the “Police Department” or “SLCPD”) and Salt Lake City School District (hereinafter referred to as “School District”) (collectively referred to as “Parties”).
