This Connecticut Fixed Price Residential Electricity Supply Agreement for electric supply service is made and entered into by and between Sunwave Gas & Power Connecticut Inc. ("Sunwave") and Customer (“You,” “Your,” or “Customer”). You represent that you are a residential customer at least 18 years old, authorized to make changes to the account(s) listed below, and fully authorized to enter into this agreement that, in combination with your Welcome Letter, Contract Summary, and Exhibit A attached hereto, reflects your entire agreement ("Agreement") with Sunwave. By entering into this Agreement, you hereby authorize Sunwave to change your electricity supplier to Sunwave and to supply your home with all the electricity supply services you will need during the term of this Agreement, subject to the eligibility requirements of your local utility ("Utility") and acceptance by Sunwave.
