THIS AGREEMENT is made the day of , 2 , by and between BETH SHOLOM SYNAGOGUE, a Tennessee nonprofit corporation (“Beth Sholom”), and owner and operator of Beth Sholom Memorial Gardens (the “Cemetery”),and (“Purchaser”).
