This CITY UTILITIES REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of February 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and among the CITY OF MERIDIAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho (“City”) and Meridian CenterCal, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, or its assigns (“Developer”). City and Developer may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” as warranted under the circumstances.
