The College grants to the Licensee’s son/daughter (the resident) the right to occupy the Room for the Period together with a right to use the common parts with all the others so entitled to the extent that is consistent with the proper management of the Premises. This right is dependent upon the resident being a full time registered student of the College and adhering to the terms of this Agreement.
