This Vermont System Planning Committee (the “VSPC” or “Committee”) Confidentiality Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement among the signatories to this document and to the annexes to this document, and between each of the signatories and the VSPC acting by and through the Vermont Electric Power Company Inc. (“VELCO”) as the Committee Member designated to house VSPC information and provide administrative support to the VSPC (individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
