After the Council approval of the Comprehensive Agreement for Design-Build of the Sports Center in July, the staff has worked with John Wack, of Eastern Sports Management, to complete the negotiation of the Comprehensive Agreement to Operate the Virginia Beach Sports Center. That negotiation is complete. In accordance with the City’s PPEA Procedures, the draft PPEA Comprehensive Agreement for the Operation of the Virginia Beach Sports Center is to be posted at least 30 days prior to execution. A summary of the material terms and a copy of the agreement are attached.
