In the performance of services under this contract, the Subcontractor will comply with all applicable federal, New York State and New York City laws and regulations, including, where applicable, the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), as amended, all WIA regulations, applicable United States office of Management and Budget Circulars, and all relevant policies and procedures of the United States Department of Labor, the New York State Department of Labor, the City of New York and the Department of Small Business Services. Amendments, revisions and additions to governing laws, regulations and policies will be binding on the Subcontractor. Contractor and Subcontractor agree to the terms of this Agreement by signing below, on the day and year set beside their respective signatures.
