The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and Sunland Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “SSE”), located at 1812 Centre Creek Drive, Suite 350, Austin, Texas 78754, enter into the following agreement for professional architectural and engineering services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act, Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. Ch. 2254, Subchapter. A, to be effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below). The project for which SSE agrees to provide Professional Services is generally described as site environmental engineering services in the Capitol Complex, Phase II (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Project”).
