Item Description Supplied By 1) Names and Dates of EventsThe official names of the Events will be: “2019 Lincoln Electric Rally of the Tall Pines, Bancroft, ON” and “2020 Rally of the Tall Pines Bancroft, ON” In the event that RTP is able to secure an additional Title Sponsor, the name of the Event will be: “2020 Xxxxxxx Rally of the Tall Pines, Bancroft, ON” Where Xxxxxxx represents the name of the additional Title Sponsor. RTP guarantees that a Title Sponsor will NOT create a conflict with the Town of Bancroft. The dates of the 2019 Events will be November 22/23, 2019.The dates of the 2020 Events will be confirmed by RTP no later than January 1, 2020 RTP 2) BannersBancroft may provide up to 10 banners each year, no later than on the Thursday prior to the rally. RTP will erect these banners in locations of high exposure. Banners should be 6ft x 3ft in size. RTP may display event and other sponsor banners at Rally Headquarters, Technical Inspection, Service Areas and Spectator Area
