This Equipment Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 2018 by and between GLC Solar Fund II, LP, a Vermont limited partnership ("Seller"), and the Town of Williston, Vermont ("Buyer"). Seller and Buyer are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
