Please read the Terms and Conditions of this License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the software ("Software"), related documentation ("Documentation"), software development kits ("SDKs") and collectively with the Software, Documentation, and SDKs, ("Licensed Product"). This is a legal and enforceable contract between the Licensee and GraphOn Corporation ("GraphOn") for the Licensed Product. Licensee agrees that this Agreement is enforceable like any written negotiated agreement signed by licensee.
