This Settlement Agreement is entered into by and among Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy (the “Company” or “Eversource”), the New Hampshire Department of Energy (“DOE”), the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire (“CPCNH”), and Direct Energy Services, LLC, Direct Energy Business, LLC, Direct Energy Business Marketing, LLC, Reliant Energy Northeast LLC, and XOOM Energy New Hampshire, LLC (collectively, the “NRG Retail Companies” and, together with the Company, the DOE, and CPCNH, the “Settling Parties”). This Settlement Agreement resolves issues among the Settling Parties pertaining to key parameters for the Company’s implementation of a purchase of receivables (“POR”) program applicable to community power aggregations serving as load- serving entities (“CPAs”) and competitive electric power suppliers (“CEPS”).
