In order to facilitate the clearing of certain transactions with LCH.Clearnet Limited (as central counterparty), Party A and Party B shall enter into (i) the Client Clearing Agreement (as defined in Clause below) which incorporates and modifies these Client Clearing Standard Terms and (ii) the resulting Clearing DRV (as defined in Clause below).
