This Trial License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Licensee and SAI Global Compliance Limited (“SAI Global”) as of the Licensee’s acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by ticking the box indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“Effective Date”), for a license to use a limited trial version of SAI 360 software including its associated media, program documentation and printed materials, and/or electronic documentation (“Software”).
