CA Citizen Protection Group, LLC (“CCPG”) and Votum Enterprises LLC (“Votum”), on the other hand, enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is effective on the date on which it is fully executed by all Parties (“Effective Date”). CCPG and Votum are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
