This agreement primarily provides for repair and maintenance services on our fleet of refuse transfer vehicles, water trucks and dump trucks. Valley Power Systems, Inc. provides specific repair services for the Detroit Diesel engines and Allison transmissions found in all our large on-road fleet, such as the refuse transfer trucks. This agreement also provides for parts and supplies. This agreement will provide for repair and parts services on an as-needed basis through June 30,2009, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $20,000 per fiscal year.
