Language Deposit Agreement [Insert name of Applicant] (the “Applicant”)-AND- Island Investment Development Inc. (“Immigration Services”)WHEREAS: I. The PEI PNP was established to attract to, and retain immigrants in, Prince Edward Island; II. The Applicant been approved by the PEI PNP by Immigration Services and has been accepted by CIC as a permanent resident of Canada; III. Prior to Landing, the Applicant has been unable to demonstrate a Moderate Proficiency in either English or French; and IV. Immigration Services requires that the Applicant either have, or attain within one year of Landing, a level of Moderate Proficiency in either English or French speaking, reading, writing and listening. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree with each other as follows: DEFINITIONS: Wherever used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and terms will have the indicated meanings and grammatical variations
