This Option Agreement for Warranty Deed (“Agreement”) is made by and between Vermont Gas Systems, Inc., a Vermont corporation with its principal place of business at 85 Swift Street, South Burlington, Vermont (“VGS”); and The Town of Williston and its successors and assigns forever (“Grantor”), effective as of the date signed by VGS (the “Effective Date”).
