This agreement is entered into between Independent School District No. 300, La Crescent, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the School District, and the Education Minnesota/La Crescent, hereinafter referred to as the Exclusive Representative, pursuant to and in compliance with the Public Employment Labor Relations Act of l97l, as amended, hereinafter referred to as PELRA, to provide the terms and conditions of employment for teachers during the term of this Agreement.
